Turbo Charged

Cars with turbo engines have always been cool, and you are not going to find a turbo engine in a used Mitsubishi Canter for sale.  A Toyota Rav4, however, could very well come equipped with a turbo charged engine and the performance you will get out of one of them is simply amazing.  You know the sound a good turbo engine will make; a whooshing noise that lets you know the machine under the hood is the ultimate in speed.  And you will be surprised at the vehicles on the market that are equipped with this type of power.

Today cars that come equipped with a 660cc K-car engine to a 1.8 liter diesel or even an 800 hp engine are ones that have a turbo in them.  You can also add a turbocharger to vehicles that are not equipped with them, especially if you are good with this type of mechanic work.  By adding a turbocharger to your car you can actually increase your torque and power by 40%.  But remember, adding a turbo charger to your car will require some modification to your engine.  It is not a cheap proposition, but it is one that will make your car the envy of the neighborhood according to Elf for sale.

Internal combustion engines work by igniting a mixture of fuel and air within it.  The more air and fuel that mix together within the confines of the engine, the more power the engine is going to produce.  These engines are naturally aspirated and the exhaust gases that the combustion process produces are ejected out of the engine, through the exhaust system, and out the tail pipe.  A turbo charged engine diverts this exhaust into a turbine inlet and turns the turbine wheel.

The turbine wheel in turn powers a compressor wheel that is attached to it via a shaft.  Spinning at 180,000 rpms, the air that is being drawn through the wheel is compressed.  It is hot air and it is pushed through an intercooler - which is basically an air to air radiator - and then enters the combustion chamber.  This compressed air, which is denser than regular air, helps add power to your engine and ultimately to used Nissan Cube for Sale.

Turbo charged engines are not for every vehicle so you need to be careful where you add one.  Always research the specifications of the stock engine in your vehicle before adding your turbine.  You do not want to blow it up and have to replace it before you even get started.
